We understand health condition or physical condition of the body. Physical well-being is not a good health symptom, but also the health of the body. Therefore physical and mental well-being is called health. People need food for survival health and body growth. But this food should be rich in nutrients. The food that keeps the body healthy and strong is nutritious food. And balanced food provides nutrition to the body.
Balanced diet is the combination of all foods in order to keep all food components in proper proportion and quantity. People need food for survival, health care and body growth. Food nourishes the body. Good health, healthy mind, enthusiasm for work and tendency to work....!!!
